COMPANY HISTORY

Key Milestones

Asseco CE Cloud was founded in 2023 following the separation of two divisions from Asseco Central Europe. The goal was to better address specific market needs and provide specialized services more efficiently. Asseco CE Cloud is a young company formed by merging experienced professionals with many years of expertise. This team brought extensive know-how, an innovative approach, and the ability to tackle complex technological challenges, ensuring high-quality services and reliability for its clients.

1990

Establishment of Asseco Central Europe

Three information technology enthusiasts start an IT company in the carriage house of an apartment building. Today we would call them Startup.

2004

Founding of the Asseco Group

A strategic partnership with a Polish company becomes the foundation of the highly successful Asseco Group, which today operates in five continents.

2005

Expansion of the group

Since 2005, the Group has been expanding through acquisitions, first in Europe and since 2010 beyond.

2023

A separate Asseco CE Cloud is established

By separating the Business Unit Infrastructure, an independent company is being established, focusing on infrastructure solutions and advanced IT services.
